The staff here are amazing. I got along with everyone who worked at this hotel and I would often find myself hanging out with the hotel staff rather than my own colleagues. It was a really pleasant stay and all of the hotel team made me feel extremely welcome. The hotel its self is really nice, with the pool area being the best place to relax in the evenings. It is a-bit far from the beach front but the hotel offer electric scooters which can handily get you there in no time, I would find that this is half of the fun of visiting the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. There’s plenty of things to do and if you are unsure the hotel staff will provide plenty of suggestions. I look forwards to staying here in the future on a holiday in Saint nazaire. Easily the best hotel I’ve visited by far!

Such a nice place! Staff is very friendly VERY lovely. So sad to leave this people. Tanguy (one of the staff) even made a cake on the day we left, to say goodbye 🥺
I'v been in the hotel for 6 nights in a business trip. Although we are talking about an Ibis I can say the hotel has some pretty cute touches. The lobby ares is really inviting and comfortable and they provide books for reading, a Play Station for playing, etc.
Really surprised about the bar/food offer. Specially the cheese and charcuterie tables. Breakfast was quite nice too.
All the staff was really nice although I'd really focus on Patricia which was very kind and professional helping us as much as she could.
As I was working at night and sleeping during the day the cleaning staff was very attentive with us avoiding noise and making our rooms out of the usual times. And regarding cleanliness I'd give a 10! even for their kindness.
New beds are very comfortable (even more than other upscale Accor hotels).
In overall, a nice place to stay if you are working in the area or on the way to Bretagne.

I stayed at Ibis Saint-Nazaire Trignac for one night. I had to catch a train in the morning and had asked in advance the Reception to book me a taxi. But when I had to go to the station, the taxi didn’t show up. The Reception called the Taxis Company they use all the time, and they had sent the taxi somewhere else and didn’t know when he would come!!! I had 15 min left to get to the station and I was going to miss my train. A young woman passed by, looking nice and discreet, and then she came back, and talked to me. She said she was the Hotel Manager’s wife, had checked with her husband and would take me immediately to the station in her own car - which she did. She has been caring, smart, clever, efficient, and she is a nice and friendly person. Thanks a lot to her (Karima is her name) and to the Hotel Manager for this much appreciated help! 👏
